40 Weeks

Well my due date has come and gone. I am officially 3 days past my due date. HELLO BABY, time to come out. I seriously feel like it is going to stay in there forever. I haven’t had any contractions.  JUST PATIENTLY waiting, who am I kidding, I haven’t been super patient. lol. I have been pregnant since October, I am sooo ready to meet this baby!!!!

40 Weeks:

Total weight gain/loss:  25 pounds- this is the most weight I have gained- seems that I hit my plateau- I fluctuate right around this amount.

Maternity clothes: Yes- my least favorite part of the day is getting dressed lol. I could just live in my stretchy gym shorts, sports bra, and big t-shirt.

Stretch Marks: Yes- I do believe I have a couple more. PRAYING no more come

Symptoms: Perioral dermatitis on my face- Looks like I am sun burned everyday.  Still digestion problems, my hips, legs, and butt are sore I have pubic symphysis- so my legs give out sometimes from like a shooting pain.

Best Moment: Another healthy check up appointment and celebrating a friends wedding

Miss Anything: Going for a run, working out, sleeping on my stomach, not being so crabby, not being so tired, not peeing every 20 minutes, wearing somewhat normal clothes, being able to walk not in pain or feeling like I am carrying around a bowling ball

Movement: Not a lot- more at night- which makes it hard to sleep because there is not a lot of room left so it makes it pretty uncomfortable

Food cravings: Not much

Have you started to show yet? Yes-by far my biggest baby!!!

Labor Signs: Sore Hips, Sore inner thighs, Lightening crotch- At my doctor’s appointment last Tuesday I was still 3 cm dilated and 60% effaced. But no contractions or anything interesting going on!

Belly button in or out: Popped and stretched- looks almost bruised

Gender:  Any guesses? GETTING ANXIOUS- Well since all of the guesses have been wrong- my new one is 6/25- 7 lbs 8 oz- girl? boy? I have no idea really or have any feeling.  It is hard to even guess boy since all I know is girls.

Wedding ring on or off? I have just kept them off the last couple weeks.

Happy or Moody most of the time: Moody- I am so impatient

Baby’s Heart Rate: Chilling in the 140’s. I am glad it is not all over the place.

                                                                                                                                                          Weekly Favorites: We went to a friends wedding- It was so pretty!

Looking Forward to: Meeting our new babe, another doctor’s appointment tomorrow- the 4th of July!   Did I say meeting our new baby!!!!

39 Weeks

I finally remembered to update my 39 week post. I am still pregnant. Patiently waiting to meet our new little babe! I can’t wait to see what we are having and if we are adding a new little girl or baby boy to our mix.

39 Weeks:

Maternity clothes: Yes– Yes- Yes- I wear the same stuff everyday- so if you see me to don’t judge me lol.

Stretch Marks: Yes- I do believe I have a couple more.

Miss Anything: Going for a run, sleeping on my stomach, not being so crabby, not being so tired, a summer drink

Movement: Not a lot- I think the baby is out of room

Food cravings: Some good guacamole and tacos!!! Any suggestions???

Sunday, June 9th and a Girl because that is all I know.—- WELL my guess has come and gone lol. My next guess is this Thursday the 13th- or Monday the 17th lol.— Well, well, well, I suck and all of my guesses have come and gone.  I have no idea when this babe will make it’s entrance. My doctor doesn’t want me to go long after my due date so next week sometime it will be coming for SURE!

Trav thought maybe on Father’s day.

Looking Forward to: Meeting our new babe, we have a wedding this weekend that we might make it to if I go past my due date.  Otherwise we dont have a ton of plans.

38 Weeks

I am 38 weeks and a couple days!! That means baby can come at anytime. It is hard to believe that.  I feel like I have been pregnant for so long.  It is hard to be patient in these last couple weeks.

38 Weeks:

Total weight gain/loss:  Around 24 pounds

Maternity clothes: Yes– Yes- Yes-

Stretch Marks: Still just a couple left over from the other pregnancies! I know I have some more lighter ones but it is hard to get a good look at my belly right now.  I can’t see most of it. lol

Symptoms: Perioral dermatitis on my face- I feel like it is is getting worse – a lot of people comment that I got a lot of sun, I just nod and say yup. Still digestion problems, my hips, legs, and butt are sore. It think my body is just getting tired out.   I still get heartburn.

Best Moment: Another great doctor appointment, Trav’s team playing in sectionals, Kenna and Emmy finishing up school

Miss Anything: Going for a run, sleeping on my stomach, not being so crabby, not being so tired, a summer drink

Movement: Yes- but they are starting to get less and not as crazy

Food cravings: I was on a dessert kick last week. I made gluten free, dairy free cheesecake cups.  I also bought more sunflowerseed butter cups from Trader Joe’s.

Belly button in or out: Popped and stretched- the bottom will not pop because I have a scar from when I got my gull bladder removed.

Baby’s Heart Rate: 145 at last doctors appointment 

                                                                                                                                                          Weekly Favorites: Dairy free, gluten free cheesecake cups, Trav’s sectional game, seeing Trav’s brother and his wife and their three kids.  I love when the girls get to see their cousins and play.   Kenna and Emmy finishing up school.  Getting things checked off the list.

Looking Forward to: My doctor appointment tomorrow, my sister’s 30th birthday party on Friday, and more warmer weather.  Hopefully meeting baby sometime!! FINGERS CROSSED- I am READY!
